1. Dimethylformamide is a good solvent for a variety of polymers such as polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyacrylonitrile and polyamide, and can be used for wet spinning of synthetic fibers such as polyacrylonitrile fibers and synthesis of polyurethane; For plastic film making; It can also be used as paint remover to remove paint; It can also dissolve some pigments with low solubility and make the pigments have the characteristics of dyes.
